What is mass listing
A feature on Zipsale that allows you to list multiple items with one click. The listing process will start immediately.
How to use mass listing:
- Go to dashboard and select items you wish to list and click the "Mass listing" button on the toolbar.
- Pick a marketplace on the left hand side
- Then pick the items you want to list and click "List".
The listing process will start immediately. You can always check the status of the launched mass listing by using "Check status" button.
Mass Listing to Vinted:
Mass listing to vinted works differently to the other marketplaces due to Vinted having bots to detect unhuman like behaviour.
Vinted mass listing will post items slower than other marketplaces and the tool is designed to take a break when it runs into a listing error.
Why is vinted mass listing showing errors?
1) On occasion Vinted may add a captcha code to the account which will cause mass listings to fail to resolve this log out of vinted and back in and the remaining mass listings will post without issue.
2) If you are actively using Vinted while a mass listing is running this will also cause some listings to fail. We recommend that you do not use the vinted website while a mass listing is in progress.
Scheduled listing
What is scheduled listing
A new feature on Zipsale that allows you to automatically list items at a present time of the day.
How to use scheduled listing
- Go to dashboard and click "Mass listing" button.
- Pick marketplace and choose "Scheduled listing" option.
- Set your preferences

Max number of listings per day – the number of items you want to be listed each day. E.g. if you set 10 in this field and selected 100 items that are ready to list, it means that every day 10 items out of selected 100 will be listed. The whole process in this example will take 10 days.
- Choose start date – the date you want your listing process to start.
- Choose activity window – it is a time frame within which your items will be listed every day. E.g. you picked start time 9:00 am and end time 10:00 am, set Max number of listings per day to 10 and selected 100 items that are ready to list. Then every day between 9 and 10 am 10 of your items will be listed.

- Pick items you want to list and click "Schedule".
You can always check the status of the launched mass listing by using "Check status" button.
