Updating payment details:
Payment details can be updated via your account settings in the top right. Please click subscriptions then scroll to the bottom of this page to find the link to take you to Stripe our payment provider.
Updating Email:
To update your accounts email please send in a support request stating the OLD email and then the NEW one you wish to change it to.
Updating Referral codes:
Referral codes can be changed to meet your branding if needed. Max 8 characters/numbers long
Deleting account:
Please send in a ticket asking for the account to be deleted and this will be carried out for you within 72 hours.
