What do i need to do?
Users for the moment will need to reconnect when they wish to list items, and then reconnect at least daily and clicking the 'Refresh auth' button to run a sold item scan to remove any items sold while disconnected.

Quick FAQ:
1) Who is impacted by this update:
All Tools on the market such as cross listers, re-listers, image editors, auto likes/followers ect ect, who connect in the same way Zipsale does are impacted by these Vinted website changes.
2) Is it fixable?
We believe so and are are currently working on a solution this may take 1-2 weeks to complete.
3) Why did Vinted do this ?
Vinted is not keen on its sellers using 3rd party tools to assist in selling on its platform, and regularly rolls out updates to disrupt these tools.
This update now allows Vinted to Delink and disconnect your Vinted accounts from any 3rd part applications automatically.
4) My items are not delist when they sell due to being Disconnected.
For users on a subscription once you reconnect please click 'Refresh Auth' on the marketplace tab this will run a sold item scan and remove any items that were missed.
You can also use the filters to only show Sold items, then scroll down and make sure they are all showing as delisted. If you Archive old sales only new item sales will show making this process faster.

Work is continuing on the more permanent fix to Vinted. An update to the plug in will be sent to Google shortly. Google Chrome may take a few days to approve this update.
The plug in update will aim to keep your accounts connected for a longer period of time. While the more permanent solution is being finalised
Please remember you should be logging in at the very least once a day to reconnect and click the 'refresh auth' button to run a sold item scan. Users who do not do this may run into issue of overselling.
Please also remember you can use the filters to sort and view only SOLD items. The date the item sold will also be shown. This will allow you to easily check recent sales.

The team is continuing to work on a potential solation and if this solution works we are aiming to have it added to all users accounts by the end of next week. We will be posting another update as soon as we have confirmation that the solution is working correctly.
For users with a subscription, please remember to log into Zipsale at least once per day and click 'Refresh Auth' after reconnecting to run a sold item scan to remove all sold items.

Re Vinted:
Work will soon be starting on a solution for Vinteds latest update that is currently impacting all programs, crosslisters and websites that connect to Vinted.
The update will take 1-2 weeks to code and test.
Vinted will auto delink your account from Zipsale with some regularity so please remember to click the 'Refresh Auth' button after connecting to run a sold item scan to keep your items up to date.

Dear Zipsalers,
We are aware of the latest Vinted update and Vinted website stability issues, that are causing connection problems for Zipsale users.
As you may know, Vinted is not keen on its sellers using Crosslisting or other types of seller helper tools on its platform. They regularly roll out updates to disrupt these tools. Because of this latest update, all Vinted related tools on the market are now dealing with this connection issue.
In this latest Vinted update, they are refreshing key account information that Zipsale requires to connect to your account a little more often than usual. However once reconnected all Zipsale tools are functioning correctly and you should not have any issues importing, listing or manually delisting. Tool such as 'offers' will also work again once reconnected.
If a problem occurs, please simply log out of Vinted and log back in. Then reconnect in the marketplace tab. There is no need to uninstall the plug in at this time, and any errors asking you to do this for the moment can be ignored.
As for Auto delisting when an item sells on another platform. This process does not happen when the marketplace is disconnected. For users on a Subscription. Once you reconnect, please click the 'Refresh Auth' button next to Vinted on the marketplace tab. This will then run a sold item scan update to remove any items that were sold on other platforms. This scan will take a few moments to complete in the background.
Zipsale is currently in the process of looking for a way to work along side this latest Vinted update to help stabilise the connection. Looking into this will take some time and we thank you for your patience in advance.
