Setting up default profiles for shipping, payments and returns

Are you listing items with the same shipping/payment/returns profiles over and over again? Good news: you can set these up under your Zipsale account so that whenever you create a  new listing, these options will be selected by default. Read below how to do that:

1. Go to your profile page on Zipsale

2. Scroll down on the page until you see the marketplace profiles dropdown menus:

3. Select profiles from the dropdown menu (please make sure that you have connected your marketplaces beforehand) and click "Save"

4. You have now set up the default profiles for your item listings

5. Now, when you list a new item, the profiles will be pre-filled on item forms on Zipsale:

6. If you wish to remove a default profile, simply go back to your profile page on Zipsale and select the first option "--------" under the dropdown menu and click "Save"

7. Your shipping/payment/return profiles will no longer be pre-filled when you list a new item:
