Zipsale will automatically pull delivery profiles from your Etsy account, and business policies from your eBay account. In order to see these profiles and policies on Zipsale, you will need to create these on marketplace accounts first.

Once you have created these, please go to Marketplaces page on Zipsale and click on 'Refresh profiles' next to the marketplace icons. After that, you will be able to select these profiles when listing your items.
