The billing cycle will update in 1 month from your subscription date. If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active for the remainder of your billing cycle. After that, your payments will be cancelled.
Upgrading your account can be done via the account settings. Please click the dropdown and select a plan, Please check as both Monthly and yearly plans are listed here.
Downgrading your account can be done via support. Please ensure you enter the email of the billing account when filling out the ticket. Then ask for a plan of your choice. We recommend asking for the downgrade a few days before the renewal.
