You can manage your subscription at any time by visiting your Subscription Page. Here is how to handle each type of change:
⬆️ Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade directly via your Account Settings.
Select the dropdown menu to view both Monthly and Yearly options.
Pick the plan that fits your current listing needs, and the change will apply immediately.
⬇️ Downgrading or Cancelling
You can downgrade or cancel, from your Subscription page. If you have any issues please contact our support team a few days before your next renewal date:
Open a support ticket using the help button.
Ensure you provide the email address associated with your billing account.
Specify which plan you would like to move to (for downgrades).
📅 Billing & Renewal
Billing Cycles: Monthly plans renew exactly one month from your subscription date.
Cancellations: If you cancel, your account will remain active for the remainder of your paid billing cycle. No further payments will be taken.
