You can downgrade your subscription at any time. The change will be saved and automatically applied at the start of your next billing cycle, ensuring you keep your current features until the end of your paid period.
Steps to Downgrade:
Navigate to Settings: Hover over the Profile Icon in the top-right corner of your Zipsale dashboard.
Select Subscription: Click on the 'Subscription' option from the dropdown menu.
Choose Your New Plan: Locate the Downgrade dropdown menu on the page.
Confirm: Select the plan you would like to move to.
Note: Your access to your current plan's features will remain active until your current renewal date. On that date, your account will switch to the new plan and you will be billed at the lower rate.
