Once your marketplaces are connected, you’re ready to start listing. We offer two ways to get your items live:
1. Create a New Listing from Scratch
Step 1: Click the 'Add item' button on your dashboard.
Step 2: Fill in the basic item details and upload your photos.
Step 3: Hit 'Save and continue' to customize the listing forms for each specific marketplace you want to target.
2. Copy an Existing Listing (Fastest Method)
If you are listing something similar to an item you’ve already created:
Click the Note Icon next to the item image in your inventory.
This creates an instant duplicate that you can edit and customize before sending live.
Pro Tip: You can choose whether to keep or delete the original images for copied items in your Settings.

Zipsale Listing: Quick Optimization Guide
Maximize your sales across all platforms with these essential tips:
Photos: Use a clean, neutral background. Upload 5–8 shots including all angles, tags, and any flaws.
Titles: Lead with Brand, Size, and Item Type. Avoid "fluff" words and use every available character for keywords.
Descriptions: Use bullet points for measurements and materials. Be 100% honest about the item's condition to avoid returns.
Details: Fill in every field in the Zipsale form. Specific attributes (color, style, era) are what get you found in marketplace filters.
Consistency: Use the Note Icon (Copy Feature) to quickly list similar items while keeping your shop's "look" consistent.
