Keep your dashboard organized by archiving items that have sold or are no longer for sale. Archiving hides items from your main list without deleting their data, keeping your workspace "neat and tidy."
How to Archive
Navigate to your My Items list.
Select the item(s) you wish to hide using the checkboxes on the left-hand side.
Click on Mass Actions on the top toolbar and select Archive.
[!NOTE] Once archived, the item will disappear from your primary view. To see them again, simply adjust your view settings in the Filters tab.
FAQ
Q - Does archiving delist an item
No - If an item is currently live on a marketplace, it will remain listed. Archiving only changes its visibility within Zipsale.
Q - Does archiving delete the item after X many days
No - Items remain on your account indefinitely. If you have a valid reason for deleting an item, please contact Zipsale Support.
Q - Do archived items count for analytics tracking
Yes - All data from archived items is still tracked and included in your analytics reports.
