Archiving* an Item

Has your item sold? Maybe it's simply not for sale anymore? You can easily archive these items on Zipsale and keep your dashboard neat and tidy!

To archive your items, please follow these simple steps:

1. Go to your items dashboard 

2a. Use the search function to find the item faster

ALTERNATIVELY: 2b. Pick an item by scrolling through the list

3a. Look out for the "Archive" button on the far right, next to the item title

ALTERNATIVELY: 3b. Open the item listing and look out for the "Archive" button on the top right corner

4. Click on the "Archive" button. Your item will move under "Archived" tab on dashboard

5. In case you would like to move the item back to "All" on dashboard, simply click on the "Restore" button

*Please note that archiving an item on Zipsale does not affect item listings on marketplaces - archiving only affects the item form on Zipsale interface. You can archive any items, active and sold ones alike.
