At Zipsale, we want to ensure you can keep your business moving even if you hit your monthly plan limit. Listing Credits allow you to add more items to your account without needing to upgrade your entire subscription plan.
How do Listing Credits work?
Listing Credits are "pay-as-you-go" items. They are perfect for sellers who have a busy month and need a little extra room beyond their standard plan.
Usage: Credits are only used after you have reached your monthly subscription limit.
Deduction: One credit is deducted when you Create, Copy, or Import a new item.
Validity: Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Flexibility: Your credits remain in your account even if you cancel your subscription. We always spend your oldest credits first to ensure nothing expires unnecessarily.
How to Purchase Credits
If you reach your limit, a notification banner will appear on your dashboard. You can also purchase credits at any time through the Subscription page.
Click the Link: In the dashboard limit message, click "buy listing credits."
Choose Your Option: You will be taken to a selection page where you can choose to either Upgrade your plan (best for regular high-volume sellers) or Buy listing credits (best for one-off needs).
Select a Pack: We offer three convenient credit packs:
10 Credits: £1.99 (+ VAT)
25 Credits (Recommended): £4.69 (+ VAT)
50 Credits (Best Value): £8.99 (+ VAT)
Note: If you try to create or import items while at your limit, the system will automatically redirect you to the credit purchase page to help you finish your task.
Managing Your Credits
Once purchased, your credits are easy to track directly from your dashboard.
View Balance: You will see a new label at the top of your screen (e.g.,
+10 credits) next to your standard plan limit.Check Expiry: Hover over the credit label to see a tooltip showing when your nearest credit pack is set to expire.
Detailed History: Click the credit label to open the My Credits management page. Here you can:
See your total balance and active packs.
Track usage via the progress bar.
View your full purchase history.
Refund Policy
We offer a "no-contact" refund for unused credits. If you purchased a credit pack by mistake and have not spent any credits from that specific pack, a Refund button will be active in your Purchase History.
Simply click Refund to process it instantly. If you have already used one or more credits from a pack, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
FAQ: Free Plan Changes
For our users on the Free Plan: Please note that the free tier limit is changing. While existing users will keep their 30-item limit until the end of their current billing cycle, the limit will automatically update to 10 items per month starting with your next period. You can use Listing Credits to bridge the gap if you need more items!
